OK...I figured it out...
I want to live in a place with mountains.,...

One side of the valley is always 24 degrees F..snows every night and has high speed lifts with no lines.... the other side of the valley is 74 degrees F and has a bunch of fun things to do...
Booze is free and housing is cheap... and jobs are easy to come by...

that should cover it!
