Man our legal system needs help...
Heard on the news yesterday about a homeless man who was killed when he crawled into a dumpster to sleep and the dumpster was picked up and the man was compacted and killed.
Yes, it IS very sad...
But, does it warrant the guys sister to file a $10million lawsuit...
Why should she get anything.... Did she provide a home for her brother? Nope....
Was her brother negligent in climbing in a dumpster? Yep...

Our leagl system is so screwed up to even allow this kind of lawsuit!

Ok... that was just WRONG!
Today is my day off! Tristan is at Daycare today (one day a week)
and I took a few minutes of down time and turned on the idiot box.
Flipped through the channels, stopped at Animal Planet just in time to see some poor fool with their arm stuck in a horses ass all the way to the elbow!!!

OK, I love horses, but if I am in that position...as it were...and needed to do something about colic...
Sorry Trigger, see you in the afterlife!!

I think I am going to go hurl my lunch now!
