Hooray, Laundry day is back... Worked all morning on the RFTB website RFTB
Forgot how tedious it is to work on a website ... but it is fun. The host is not very easy to work with... but it will do!

Night at the parents... vacation of sorts... How did people survice without Broadband? I guess I am just an information junkie. Dial up even makes it painful to read the news.

Just thought I would pass this along...
I am now running the 2400+... Yipee I love it and it runs about 8 or 10c cooler than a Palomino...
I have alapped V9 with ASIII in and Aluminum Chieftec case.... was running about 34c on full load.... with the fan at only 3200rpm so nice and quiet (at least compared to full blast!!)
I searched the web and thought I would try an experiment...
While I am not saying you should do this and I am not responsible for anything....
I flipped the fan on my V9 so it sucks are up through the fins instead of down onto the Heat Sink...
Any difference? YEP!
while my CPU temp only went down 1c (not much but every degree counts...) my Mobo temps dropped about 3 or 4c. The way the CPU fits in this case with a Gigabyte board...the warm are is pulled up through the CPU and then immediately sucked out the back of the case by the case fans.....
I am running F@H and the Sandra Burn in test... and the sys is at 33c CPU and 29c Mobo...
Nice and chilly... Might have to get my Mom to knit a little parka for my system know that it is running so cool!!!!
Just thought I would share my findings!
