Another "What am I missing" thought....
We (the United States) is in the process of raising billions of dollars in order to send aid to Iraq...
Don't get me wrong, we should help the people out, but isn't IRaq sitting on a HUGE oil reserve worth BILLIONS of dollars??
Heck they probably have more money than we do...
